Entries will be accepted only from ECRA members in good standing.
Each member may have only one (1) entry.
All enrties must be banded with 2011 ECRA bands.
All entries become the property of ECRA and will be assigned to a Loft or Kit Manager
An entry fee of thirty dollars ($30) will be paid upon reciept of birds.
One bird will be declared the primary and the other will be the back up bird.
Back up birds may only advance after the primary bird is declared out.
Loft or Kit Manager will have sole and total control of kit.
Loft or Kit Manager will make periodical progress reports to the membership.
Loft or Kit Manager will ensure the owner recieves a change of status report.
The kit will be judged by at least three (3) members of the ECRA.
The kit will be judged by the end of summer 2011 at least one time.
The kit will be judged at least two times during 2012 prior to Classic fly.
The unused back up birds will be flown and trained, and offered as a kit at auction.
At the end of competition, winners will be declared, and all birds will be auctioned.
The owner of the primary bird and the club (ECRA) will share the proceeds on a 50/50 basis.
The proceeds from the back up kit will go to the club (ECRA).
Prize money will be determined prior to competition – 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place. (NLT 1/1/12)
